Homemade Turkey Chili

Homemade Turkey Chili

Two packets chili seasoning mix, 1 mild, 1 hot

Black Beans
8 ounces
Beans, kidney,
8 ounces
Beans, red
8 ounces
Beans, pinto
8 ounces
Onions, raw
8 ounces
Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, stewed
56 ounces

One Bell Pepper, chopped

Preparation

Soak dried beans overnight. Chop onions and bell peppers. Brown ground turkey. Add two chili seasoning packets to ground turkey. Add chopped onions and bell peppers. Add stewed tomatoes. Drain corn and add to pot. Add beans after draining. Add enough water to cover. Simmer on medium for 6 hours. Add salt, cayenne pepper, crushed red peppers, and cumin to taste.
